The project house in Manantiales was purchased in 2007 as a small one bedroom home... Kinda a Greek style block house in an old Uruguayan Fishing Village which has now become an artist town and location where the jet set come to relax with us normal folk.

A surfer friend & Landscape Architect from Buenos Aires / U Cal Berkley assisted with the project in 2012 documented on our alternative site...

Kōtoku-in

The past tenant decided to let us know they were done with our property in 2023 - requiring only one more year. Unfortunately, these people didn't share the handshake ethical basis for life. While a one year contract was enacted they chose to burn our structure and also apply coercion thru a Montevideo Attorney to stay in the home for an unspecified amount of time.

Our agency in Punta Del Este has become a Life Line.
